If you give us a head count of guests that requires us to add an additional staff member and that number of children do not show you will be charged an ‘over staffing’ fee of $65.00 but you will not be charged for the guest who do not attend except for minimum party (which is 9). This only pertains to parties of 15 or more and again for parties 22 or more.  There will be a $50 under staffing fee if more guest attend then you inform us, causing the staff to stay longer for clean -up. For dual parties: $25.00 additional charge for twin or sibling party.

• After your guests have selected the perfect outfit, they can then accessorize their gowns with hats, boas, jewelry and shoes, followed by a fashion show.

• After the fashion show the party attendants will be seated for the tea party portion IF you would like to provide the following items: A snack and or dessert for your party guests. If you would like to serve a meal during this time, you may bring in packaged or previously prepared food with approval from the management.

• You will also need to supply the paper plates, cups, napkins and or utensils needed for any food that you bring in. 

• Gifts are opened if time permits for 9 or less guests.

• Make-up, hair, nails, cake and dessert plates are NOT included in this party package.

• If you choose not to use our recommended caterer, the menu must be approved by management.

• Guest can dress up (upon menu approval by management) if they like but we do not do hair, make-up and nails for these events. Any extra activities must be approved by management.

Storytime  (1 hour)

• These events are open to the public but require reservations. Olivia's sponsors these events and chooses the theme, Date and Time. Please see our Instagram page for the latest public events. @olivias4tea

• Space is very limited for these events to allow adequate attention to all guests. Please reserve online for enrollment and payment. Go to our Booking Calendar, Choose Book a Class and then Choose the advertised event. If you want to enroll more than 1 child, repeat the process or email us and we will assist you.

• There are no refunds if you choose to cancel your reservation less than 3 days before this scheduled event.

• Your child can come dressed as their favorite prince or princess or dress-up in one of our costumes before our beautiful princess/ character reads and sings their story! The children are encouraged to participate and sing-along. We make sure that there is time for pictures and autographs too.

• Depending on event, each child will make a craft to take home, be provided with a snack or they get to pick a gift from our treasure box. Included activities and items will be listed for each individual event.

• $35 to $75 per child depending on event

• Private Story Times are $25 to $55 per child depending on what you would like to include at your event. 16-25 kids can attend. Attendance size is decided on chosen activities and by management.

Prestige Princess

• You can add a singing princess to your party at Olivia’s or Prestige Princess can send their princesses to your event!

• All of our performers are experienced actors and are classically voice trained. They all have an extensive background in either film and television, theatre, working for party companies and performing in theme parks. Prestige Princess performers are dressed in beautiful high quality costumes and wigs that we have specially made for their company.

• Prices to send a princess to your location other than Olivia’s in Lomita. Prices are discounted at Olivia’s

• 1 performer $185.00 for 60 minutes / $240.00 for 90 minutes / $305..00 for 2 hours

• 2 performers $305.00 for 60 minutes / $395.00 for 90 minutes / $485.00 for 2 hours

• 3 performers $415.00 for 60 minutes / $555.00 for 90 minutes / $685.00 for 2 hours

• A travel fee will be added if your destination is outside a 20 mile radius of Olivia’s Dollhouse in Lomita, CA

• Client is responsible for all parking fees and/or toll roads.

• *Different prices apply when you add a princess to your party that you have with us at Olivia’s Dollhouse. $175.00 for 1 performer $245 for 2 performers ($30 savings). Princesses stay at our parties for 1 hour and approximately 15 minutes max (giving ample time for family photos). You can add your princess during your check out process on-line when booking your party or call to add one to your party at any time given their availability.
