Olivia’s OG   Party Package

  • $445..00 package includes up to 9 children (including Bday child)  

  • $25.00 per additional guest (25 maximum guests)

  • $150 add a princess performer or character of your choice

  • $75 per additional princess performer or other character

  • $40.00 for extra staff personnel

  • $75.00 for extra 1/2 hour $150.00 for extra hour (restrictions apply) We recommend purchasing an extra hour for parties of 17 or more.

  • $150 non-refundable deposit unless cancel 30 days in advance minus fees. There will be a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Please let us know the correct number of children attending! We know that you may not be able to pin-point the exact number but APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PARTY, THE MANAGER of Olivia’s will contact you to find out how many guests will be attending the party and answer any last minute questions you may have. If you give us a head count of guests that requires us to add an additional staff member and that number of children do not show you will be charged an ‘over staffing’ fee of $40.00 but you will not be charged for the guest who do not attend except for minimum party (which is 9). This only pertains to parties of 15 or more and again for parties 22 or more. For dual parties: $25.00 additional charge for twin or sibling party.

Tea for 5 Party

  • Price is $335.00. You cannot have more than five (5) children at this parties. If your count is above five (5), you will be charged the normal $425.00 for six (6     to nine (9) guests and $25.00 for each additional guest. For dual parties: $25.00 additional charge each additional birthday child or guest of honor.

  • $150 non-refundable deposit unless cancel 30 days in advance minus fees. There will be a $50 cancellation fee.

  • These parties are up to 1.5 hours in duration

  • Are held on Monday through Friday only. (Please call for more details on dates).

  • You will also only have one host at the Tea for 5 Party

  • $150.00 to add a princess performer or other character to join your party

Dress-Up Only Party (Read Carefully)

  • $410.00 for a 90 minute party up to 15 guests — Monday through Thursday Only (we may be able to accommodate a last minute Friday or weekend booking if space is available.)

  • $40 for additional staff (hostess)

  • $150.00 to add a princess performer or other character

  • $150 non-refundable deposit unless cancel 30 days in advance minus fees. There will be a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Party includes the following:

  •  A sign outside with the birthday Child’s name

  • guests can dress-up and accessorize 

  • crowning of the birthday queen

  • 1 party hostess to assist the guests with selecting a gown to wear and to serve any food brought in 

  • Digital pictures from fashion show will be emailed to party host/bday child

  • treasure box gift for each guest and bday child/guest of honor

  • After your guests have selected the perfect outfit, they can then accessorize their gowns with hats, boas, jewelry and shoes, followed by a fashion show.

  • After the fashion show the girls will be served lemonade in their own tea pot.

  • You may also bring in a snack and or dessert for your party guests. If you would like to serve a meal during this time, you may bring in any packaged or previously prepared food with approval from the management. You will also need to supply the paper plates, napkins and or utensils needed for any food that you bring in. We only supply Tea pots and tea cups.

  • Gifts are opened if time permits for 9 or less guests.

  • Treasure Chest gift for each guest and birthday child/guest of honor

  • Rhinestone Tiara for birthday girl can be purchased for an additional $10.00

  • Make-up, hair, nails, cake, food, and doll for birthday girl are not included in this party package.

Dolly & Me Tea Party

  • $445.00 party of 9 ($25 per each additional guest and doll. MAXIMUM 11 children/11 dolls) For dual parties: $25.00 additional charge each additional birthday child or guest of honor. 

  • Dolls not included. Guests bring their favorite doll or stuffed animal.

  • $40.00 for additional staff (Hostess)

  • $150 to add a princess performer or other character

  • $150 non-refundable deposit unless cancel 30 days in advance minus fees. There will be a $50 cancellation fee.

  • This party is 2 hours in duration and includes everything that the Olivia’s B-Day Party provides except we do not do make-up or nails at this party because of time constraints

  • Our brand new party is for your princess to celebrate with not only her closest friends but with her favorite doll as well!

  • Your daughter and her friends will be able to enjoy this party with their dolls sitting right next to them in special clip-on chairs!

  • Their dolls will also sit beside them in their own beauty chair and have their hair styled as well so they can join in on the fashion show (The dolls get to keep the flower or bow that’s put in their hair!)

BFF  Play Date /  Mommy & Me  Tea

  • $120.00 includes 2 children or 1 child & 1 adult 90 minutes in duration (1 staff member provides)  

  • Dress-up & accessorize

  • Sparkles for hair

  • Special play time with our special princess, fairy and mermaid toys

  • Pink lemonade and cookies

  • Treasure box gift for each participating child

  • ADD-ONS:

  • $50 per additional child (10 children max)

  • $1.00 to $5.00 craft

  • Offered Monday through Friday (We might be able to accommodate last minute booking on the weekend)

Bridal, Baby Shower and Adult Parties

  • $450.00 for a party of 7 to 10 (1 staff member provided).

  • $495.00 for a party of 11 to 20 (2 staff members provided)

  • $40.00 to add an additional staff (hostess)

  • $75 for an extra 1/2 hour.

  • $150 for an extra hour (restrictions apply when booking extra time).

  • $150 non-refundable deposit unless cancel 30 days in advance minus fees. There will be a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Additional time is recommended if you wish to open presents with 10 or more guests.

  • We provide lemonade, ice tea, and table ware.

  • Food, digital pictures, treasure box item(s), and porcelain doll are NOT provided.

  • We recommend Lisa’s Bon Appetit for catering www.lisasbonappetit.com

  • If you choose not to use our recommended caterer, the menu must be approved by management.

  • Guest can dress up (upon menu approval by management) if they like but we do not do hair, make-up and nails for these events. Any extra activities must be approved by management.

  • Alcohol is allowed at our adult parties. Please ask for details.

Princess Tea Time Class

  • This is a very special tea where your child can dress-up & accessorize with the help of their favorite princess! They then sit down with her at our beautiful heart shaped table to have a little snack while our princess entertains and sings to them. The princess will also go over table etiquette. Before your child leaves, our princess will escort them to the treasure box to pick a gift.

  • Space is very limited for this event to allow adequate attention to all guests. Please call for reservations and payment.

  • Princess Tea Time Class $35-50 per child

  • Snack consists of:

  • Gold Fish or Pretzels

  • Apple slices

  • Mini cookies

  • Pink lemonade

Storytime

  • Your child can come dressed as their favorite prince or princess or dress-up in one of our costumes before our beautiful princess reads and sings to you her story! The children are encouraged to participate and sing-along. We make sure that there is time for pictures and autographs too. Before your child leaves    they get to pick a gift from our treasure box. Space is limited, please call for reservations and payment.

  • $20 to $35 per child depending on event

Prestige Princess

  • You can add a singing princess to your party at Olivia’s or Prestige Princess can send their princesses to your event!

  • All of our performers are experienced actors and are classically voice trained. They all have an extensive background in either film and television, theatre, working for party companies and performing in theme parks. Prestige Princess performers are dressed in beautiful high quality costumes and wigs that we have specially made for their company.

  • Prices to send a princess to your location other than Olivia’s in Lomita. Prices are discounted at Olivia’s

  • 1 performer $165.00 for 60 minutes / $215.00 for 90 minutes / $265..00 for 2 hours

  • 2 performers $275.00 for 60 minutes / $350.00 for 90 minutes / $425.00 for 2 hours

  • 3 performers $375.00 for 60 minutes / $495.00 for 90 minutes / $610.00 for 2 hours

  • A travel fee will be added if your destination is outside a 20 mile radius of Olivia’s Dollhouse in Lomita, CA

  • Client is responsible for all parking fees and/or toll roads.

  • *Different prices apply when you add a princess to your party that you have with us at Olivia’s Dollhouse. $150.00 for 1 performer $225 for 2 performers ($75 savings). Princesses stay at our parties for 1 hour and approximately 15 minutes max (giving ample time for family photos). You can add your princess during your check out process on-line when booking your party or call to add one to your party at any time given their availability.
