Olivia’s Dollhouse Tea Rooms specialize in private dress-up tea parties for children and adults who are a child at heart. All of our facilities are beautifully decorated and are truly a dream come true. The whole dollhouse comes alive in a fairy tale like setting with interactive pictures, beautiful collector's dolls, whimsical artwork, decorations and play tea sets We have curio’s that are full of beautiful collectible tea sets and fun memorabilia.
Once you close the door behind you and your party begins, you will be transported out of reality and into a scene right out of a storybook that you, your child and your guests, will never forget. This is a party where you can relax, enjoy, and leave the work up to us. Keep in mind that the parents and grandparents love this party as much as the children do.
The guest of honor is greeted with a ‘Happy Birthday’ sign with their name(s) on it. We crown them“The Birthday Queen or King” with a Tiara of their choice and usher them into our dress-up room where the first part of the party takes place. Styled like a fantasy wonderland with large mirrors, beautiful collectible dolls, artwork, murals and embellishments suited for any princess or prince! We have a jewelry armoire full of rings, necklaces, and bracelets. There are also hats, boas, purses, wands and over 500 gowns and dress-ups all on full display to choose from. Of course the birthday child gets 1st choice of everything.
After the birthday child and all their guests are dressed in the gown or costume of their choice, it’s time for everyone to accessorize and finish getting ready for the upcoming FASHION SHOW. They are all pampered with a new hair style, their choice of nail polish, and pretty face gems.

1. The Fashion Show
Our Fashion Show is next and takes place in the parlor where they line up and are introduced individually so that everyone can admire and compliment their attire. We take a digital picture of each child so they will have something to remember this wonderful experience. We will email the pictures to the host of the party immediately so they can send them to their guests.
2. The Tea Party
The Birthday child sits on a throne under a chandelier at a special heart shaped table. They have a bell to ring for service and each child has their own tea pot that we fill with pink lemonade. We will plate and provide all the tableware for the meal that you bring in for the children. The menu must be approved by our management. We suggest: finger sandwiches and or pizza. We do not allow food items with sauces (with the exception of pizza) or any type of berries. These items stain our dress-ups.
When they are done with their meal, we also provide a 5″ Inch Double layer round cake for the birthday child with sprinkles and a mini tiara on it. After we sing ‘Happy Birthday’ and they blow out the candle, we box it up for them to take home and share with their family. We then serve individual dessert trays for each of the invited children consisting of a bite size brownie in the middle surrounded by gummy bears, a sour belt, mini cookies, a chocolate kiss, M&M’s, a cherry tootsie roll and we top off the trays with a fluffy piece of cotton candy. They absolutely love the dessert trays.
For small parties of 10 children or less and only if time permits, we can open gifts. Your hostess will write everything down on a gift list and bag them up to take home. If it’s a large party or if there is no time to open gifts we will bag them up and set them aside for you to open later at home.
4. Party Favors
As the children are leaving they get to pick a party favor of their choice from our Treasure Chest. The party favors are themed toward the party such as sparkly fans, make-up kits, hair accessories, wands, and purses. The Birthday child has a choice of one of our Rhinestone Tiaras and one gift from the Treasure Chest.
