PRICING and BOOKING an Olivia's Birthday Party Check Calendar for Availability LIMITED TIME ONLY

Deposit must be sent within 5 days of booking your party
We can not hold your spot if we do not receive your deposit within those 5 days.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transfered if an emergency should arrive and you have to reschedule your party.
Please let us know the correct number of children attending!  We know that you may not be able to pin-point the exact number but APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PARTY, THE MANAGER of Olivia’s will contact you to find out how many guests will be attending the party and answer any last minute questions you may have.  If  you give us a head count of guests that requires us to add an additional staff member and that number of children do not show you will be charged an ‘over staffing’ fee of $25.00 but you will not be charged for the guest who do not attend except for minimum party (which is 7). This only pertains to parties of 15 or more and again for parties 22 or more.

These parties are up to 1.5 hours in duration
Are held on Monday through Thursday only. (Please call for more details on dates).
Price is $185.00. You cannot have more than four (4) guests at these parties. If your count is above four (4), you will be charged the normal $335.00 for five (5) to seven (7) guests and $25.00 for each additional guest.
You will also only have one host at the Tea for 4 Party

RENTING
Olivia's Facility

Our facility is available to rent. We do not rent out our facility for children’s birthday parties due to a conflict of interest.

Food, drinks, table ware, perishables, digital pictures, treasure box item(s), and porcelain doll are NOT provided. You are renting the facility only and not all of the materials/items that we use for our parties.

Guest can dress up (pending on menu approval by management) if they like but we do not do hair, make-up and nails for these events.
Any extra activities must be approved by management.
A $75.00 nonrefundable deposit must be made within 5 days from the date that you first booked your event
We can not hold your spot if we do not receive your deposit within those 5 days.
